Description: “Inertia” is a Double Stout Series with Rotating Ingredients. For the second release in the Series we’re getting a little crazy. Brewed with Coffee, Vanilla, Cinnamon Crunch Cereal, and Lactose. Rich dark malt flavors are complemented by whole bean Vermont roasted coffee cold brewed directly in the finished beer. Layers of Vanilla hold up the spicy aromas and flavors of Cinnamon. Think of a White Russian made with Cinnamon Crunch Cereal Milk. We added the cereal to the mash. In the kettle at end of boil and conditioned the beer on Cinnamon Crunch cereal. #thedudeabides
