Description: We have been saving this project for something special and I think our party this Saturday is the perfect time to release the beast. ‘Devils Choice’ is a bold Imperial Stout that we have been aging in a selective conglomerate of spiced rum and coconut rum barrels for 16 months. After analyzing the sweet barrel nectar, we decided it was only appropriate to take it to the next level. One we retrieved the beer from barrels, we conditioned the liquid on hand-toasted shredded coconut to further accentuate the flavors picked up during its hibernation. The result is an incredibly balanced, complex stout with notes of vanillin, fudge, and sweet coconut.
