Description: Cameron’s Boreal Inspired Wild Ale is brewed with a blend of truly unique ingredients native to the boreal forest – rye malt, piney hops, juniper berries and hand-foraged cloudberries from Quebec. The result is a complex balance of pine, juniper and wild yeast funk drifting in and out of the cloudberry, white wine and bubble gum essence. The soft spiciness from the rye harmonizes with the foeder’s oak presence and adds a subtle tangy finish.
