Description: This blend contains the most apricots we've ever used in a beer, even more than Velvet. We work with many growers for apricots because we don't know if they'll all have a good crop. Most growers had a GREAT crop this summer, so we ended up with a few hundred pounds more than we were expecting. We put all these extra apricots in a tank with only 2 barrels, expecting to blend it down later. But it tasted so good and unique that we decided to package as is. We've been saving this blend for a special month, we can't wait for you to try it.
