Description: Aroma – Heavy notes of peaches with subtle ester reinforcements are perceived up front in the aroma. There is a balancing spicy clove character and little banana or bubblegum. Flavor – The peach notes are less dominant in the flavor because they blend so well with the fruity esters created by fermentation. Clove is still very present on the finish with some hints of bubble gum underlying. The mouthfeel is low-medium with medium carbonation that also helps balance the perceived sweetness from the peaches.
