Description: Blonde and lean with a brash tropical saturated nose, this beer is a showcase for hops. Exceedingly piney and resinous in flavor with bright citrus tones appearing and reappearing. Brash but not especially bitter, this beast's focus is on saturated hop flavors. The malt is almost an afterthought. Some sweet and toasty foundation will be apparent but only after the coalescence of hop flavors fade away. Dry and quaffable, this beer will not seem like it is over 8% abv. The use of hop bursting will impart a soft bitterness that will not seem like 90 IBUs.
