Description: A blend of Apollo, Bravo, Willamette, Denali, Delta, and Ekuanot hops creates a complex flavor profile that includes hints of peach, pear, citrus and pine. It is dry hopped with a blend of four types of hops that comes out to over 1.3 pounds per barrel (31 gallons), yet the bitterness is balanced by the sweetness of the malt and spiciness of the rye. Extremely drinkable for a Double IPA.
