Description: Brewed in celebration of our Head Brewer’s daughter’s first birthday, Once around the Sun is our first Wild Double India Pale Ale and is fermented with two strains of Brett - Brett Drei and Brett Claussenii. Hopped with mostly her namesake Ella, as well as Galaxy and Enigma. Notes of pear, guava, faint blueberry with soft acidity and a full mouthfeel.
