Description: This Imperial Stout was brewed with 275kg of cacao husks for a rich, lucious, chocolate flavour, before conditioning in Speyside whiskey barrels for six weeks – long enough for micro oxygenation and barrel flavours to enrich the beer, but short enough to avoid tannin and oak dryness. 13% ABV Aroma Hops: Tettnanger Bittering Hops: Pilgrim Alpha CO2 Extract Malts: Golden Promise, Caramalt, Pilsner Malt, Pale Chocolate Malt, Dextrose Monohydrate, Roasted Wheat, Chocolate Malt Yeast: JW Lees, WLP001
