Description: Oasis Ale is a unique, one‑of‑a‑kind medley of Ale and Cider. To the best of Coachella Valley Brewing’s knowledge such an offering is not commercially available. Oasis Ale formulation begins with malted white wheat, pale malted barley and a light crystal or caramel malt. Added to the mix is a freshly pressed apple cider blend from local orchards. Using our house ale yeast the elixir is then fermented. The resulting Apple Oasis Ale is an amazing combination of both cider and ale that pours the color of a canary green tea. The oasis is a rich refuge springing up from the barren desert landscape creating a haven in the intense heat of the hottest days. Oasis will not disappoint, quenching the thirstiest appetite for a uniquely desert offering. Enjoy!
