Description: A new Contrary IPA. We are using Falconer’s Flight hops (a blend containing Citra, Simcoe, Sorachi Ace among others) contrasted with American 2-row barley, Munich II, white wheat and some Crystal 10L and Crystal 40 malt. Named for Glen Hay Falconer, a legendary Northwest brewer. According to Hop Union, this hop exhibits "tropical, citrus, floral, lemon and grapefruit tones".
