Float An Idea | Corporate Ladder Brewing Company
ABV: 9.9%
Style: Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry
Actively Produced
Description: Horchata, or orxata, is a name given to various kinds of plant milk beverages of similar taste and appearance. Horchata de arroz is made of rice, sometimes with vanilla and typically with canela or cinnamon. It is the most common variety of horchata in Mexico and Guatemala and is popular in the US. We brewed this beer with our good friends over at Pontoon Brewing using homemade rice milk, and then we conditioned it on almonds, cinnamon sticks, & Mexican vanilla beans.
