Description: Norwegian Dark Ale is brewed with kveik, a Norwegian farmhouse yeast. A blend of oak smoked wheat malt and beech smoked malt contribute a gentle smokiness to the aroma and flavor. While Norwegian farmhouse ales traditionally are brewed with juniper branches, we used Alaskan spruce tips for a hint of spice and pine. Tastes great in the taproom, and even better by a bonfire!?7.35% ABV, 25 IBU.
