Description: New & Experimental (aka NEX) is our always changing series of small batch American IPAs that showcase our love of aggressively hopped beers. Experiment: 4 lbs. of hops per barrel in the whirlpool. For Experiment #2 we eliminated the use of early kettle bittering hops in favor of late kettle whirlpool hops at a rate of 4lbs/barrel. Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra were used in the kettle and as dry hops.
