Description: The "Surprise Ales" came to life at our brewery shop in Bruges. Generally one offs, very limited, nice style experiments, loved by our fans and public, but without a brand name. This Belgian strong ale contains a massive amount of wheat, bourbon barrel aged, unblended, unfiltered, unpasteurized and solely bottle conditioned for the SC² club. Numbered from 1 to 259 on cork. This Surprise Ale is a blend of half a barrel of O.N.E and filled up with T.W.O (= pimped 9% ABV Struise Witte + bourbon barrel ageing)
