Description: Like a Matryoshka or 'nesting' doll, the secret of Dosvidanya Imperial Stout lies locked deep within her dark, mysterious and elaborate wooden layers. We said Dosvidanya, or ʻfarewellʼ, as we began aging this beer in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for several months before transferring it to bourbon barrels from Black Band Distillery in Peoria, IL to age further, finally revealing its rich flavors like dark chocolate, toffee, black cherries and coffee along with robust & roasty maltiness that finishes dry.
