Description: Flemish Amber is a highly attenuated, amber-copper colored sour ale that marries wild lactic sourness with a wonderful, earthy bouquet presented by a blend of farmhouse yeast strains. The earthy flavors are reminiscent of fresh tobacco and white peppercorn and combine with the high acidity and tartness to present a very developed, dry, sour ale.
