Description: Our FIRST ever collaboration with Black Spruce Brewing! By now we’ve done half a dozen but this beer was brewed way back in September of 2019 and delicately aged in oak. Carey toted some Fairbanks grown, raw wheat down to Juneau that subsequently jammed our mill and for the Juneau component Jake added locally grown cherries from his garden that originates from a crop on Telephone Hill. Open fermented with our locally harvested flora, extensively aged in oak and bottle conditioned. We’ve been sitting on this one for awhile!
