Description: Grisettes are a lighter, hoppier version of the classic Saison style. Our version pays homage to the bounty of the field with a blend of pils, wheat & spelt malts plus local wildflower honey, malted sunflower seeds & organic rose hips. Combined, these make for a refreshingly crisp beer with floral notes & a light berry tartness. Czech Saaz hops and a traditional Belgian farmhouse yeast provide a spicy/citrusy finish.
