Description: Brewed with Yakima Chief Hops and Van Horn Farms, this American Pale Ale was produced using Chinook CO2 hop extract that was continually drip-hopped over the course of the boil with our custom built drip-hopping rig, courtesy of the DFH maintenance and engineering departments. Then we hit with a double dose of Mosaic and Simcoe lupulin powder in the whirlpool and fermenter. This super-concentrated hop powder provides a blast of tropical juice to the aroma and flavor.
