Description: One for the traditionalists, our deep amber bitter uses crystal and amber malts which impart a lovely residual sweetness. We pair this great malt base predominantly with UK hops for the flavour expected from an english amber ale, but then we add our own Donkeystone twist with a small amount of US Cascade, just to accentuate the fruitiness of this great session bitter.
