Real Ale: Little Richard Session IPA on Lemons | Draught Works
ABV: 4.6%
IBU: 45
Style: IPA - American
Actively Produced
Description: Cask conditioned version of our Little Richard Session IPA on lemons. This IPA is grossly undersized to keep it light and refreshing Aromatic notes of citrus and pine are backed up by similar flavors A small addition of honey malt contributes a mildly sweet finish Little Richard is that asshole in the ¾-ton pickup sprawled across four parking spots. That lift kit isn’t fooling anyone; he’s compensating for certain of his inadequacies. This beer can barely even be considered an IPA. Its effervescence releases a lightly floral aroma with notes of mixed citrus and pine needles from the Chinook, Southern Cross, and Palisade hops. With 45 IBUs, Little Richard has a medium bitterness along with resinous and citrus flavors to compliment the aroma. Clocking in at just 4.6 inches, errrr, I mean percent ABV, this beer just isn’t going to get you there. It primarily comprises two-row base malt with light additions of Munich and Honey malts that lend a copper hue and a slight malty sweetness. Those with larger tastes are going to be left searching for satisfaction.
