Description: Sartori Harvest Fresh Hop IPA, brewed only once a year, when in the midst of the annual hop harvest the fresh Centennial hops are harvested from Sartori Hop Ranch (near Chilliwack) and transported back across the Strait of Georgia to our brew kettle in Victoria within a 24-hr rush. When brewed in their natural form, the hop flowers are still sticky with raw oils and resins; imparting the coveted flavours and aromas of citrus, pine, and melon -which is best enjoyed as fresh as possible. We have been harvesting the same Centennial hops from the same plot of land since 2008, showcasing a delicious flavour profile unique to the growing region. Sartori Harvest IPA was also the very first IPA we brewed as Driftwood (Fat Tug IPA followed a year later!) and was a pioneer of the fresh hop beer movement in B.C.
