Description: Here’s a gruit that’s actually Lumbersexual 2.0. Basic malt bill is similar with the addition of some amber malt and a bit less rye. Wormwood and blessed thistle make the cut again with the addition of gentian, lavender and a big dose of sea buckthorn. The yeast is a big change: our house funk (literally from a spontaneous ferment earlier this year) blended with Belgian saison yeast. If you got a beard, this is your weird!
