Description: Were stoked to bring you this awesome Fresh Hop Collab with Ruse and Bale Breaker. First off, a crisp malt flavor leading to the star- The HOPS. We will be focusing on using fresh hops from Washington and Oregon Farms. Hops from Bale Breakers Loftus ranch, Roy Farms, and some Oregon farmers. We’re making a triangle of hop growers as well as a triangle of brewers. This beer will feature Simcoe, Centennial, and Strata. Big aromas and flavors of Berry with Citrus and a dank Tropical flavor to round it out. Stay tuned Mother Nature will determine in the end what we use.
