The result is a tart and crisp sour ale, with ripe blackberry flavor radiating through it like cosmic rays traversing the universe. For this beer we tucked the UltraViolet away in 6 year old Syrah red wine barrels for 9 months. The flavors of oak and ripe fruit meld with the sour blackberries for a delicious flavor
