Description: We barrel aged our Dinosaur Chaps for over six months in Buffalo Trace Barrels. At first this was all to be blended with another set of barrels to make a different beer, but following the advice of our Ellipsis Insiders at a private event held for randomly picked attendees, we were convinced this beer needed to be a stand alone offering as well. Big notes of Chocolate, Vanilla and Bourbon blend so well together and at 13.2% this beer came out really smooth. Thank you Ellipsis Insiders!
