Description: Coastline Chromatics is our newest East meets West coast DIPA that uses a new thiolized yeast that is continuing to push the flavor limits of beer. Coastline Chromatics starts out with a chit malt, 2-row, and wheat malt bill and our favorite east meets west coast whirlpool hop blend before a Simcoe, Columbus, and Citra Lupomax dry hop. Coastline Chromatics pours a hazy and inviting yellow with aromas of sticky green and ruby red grapefruit leading into flavors of Orangina sparking citrus drink, bright pine, kush, tropical passion fruit/guava, and lemon lime spritz. Flavors intertwine before a hoppy bitterness and a pointed bite are enhanced with a splash of EQjuice melon custard.
