Description: Einstein’s Spells (8.0% DIPA) is a collaboration with Arizona’s Wren House Brewing. Einstein was deep in the desert working on some calculations and put a spell on Wren House’s core IPA Spellbinder. Using their recipe with our water profile and grain bill, we scaled up the Spellbinder hop schedule of Citra and Mosaic to bring you Einstein’s Spells. Big aromas of OJ, passion fruit, earthy grass, and tropical melon lead into pineapple mango juice and ripe stone fruit with a touch of lime balanced out with a hoppy bite.
