Description: Shotgun Shack Slam is a Single Hop Mosaic Pale Ale that was brewed in collaboration with the Central Iowa Blues Society. We built this pale ale with premium Golden Promise malt, as well as a small amount of white wheat for increased mouthfeel and body. We added Mosaic hops in the boil with late-kettle additions, as well as hefty amounts during dry-hopping. Hop flavor and aromas of tropical fruit and citrus with an earthy undertone
