Description: Gorse grows all around us, in spring it fills the air with it's distinctive coconut/pineapple scent. We combined a massive late addition of the painfully picked flowers (literally, serious prickles). Mosaic and Sorachi Ace were the hops chosen to compliment the gorse aroma. It makes a refreshing 'Pinacolada' beer with a golden colour.
