Description: "Say Hello To My Little Hops!" Alpha acids are compounds found in the resin glands of hop flowers and are the source of bitterness for a beer and Alpha Chino DIPA has no shortage of them. A mixture of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hop pellets, whole leaf cones and lupulin powder all contribute to this beer’s assertive but not overbearing bitterness and the citrus, tropical and pine flavors and aromas.
