Description: Our Saint Paddy's Day release! Irish beer isn't ALL about stouts (and certainly NOT about green beer) - they make some pretty nice, easy-drinking pints of red too, and ours is no exception. Balanced toward malt with some light caramel notes up front, a touch of roasted malt lends a dryness to the finish that increases slight perception of bitterness even though hop levels are very low. Crisp. Clean. Delicious. Aw, sure look it! GigaYeast NorCal Ale yeast.
