A strong upfront fruity aroma of apricots and various stone fruits performs a nice balancing act between fresh apricots and the very fruit forward tea. Flavor profile quickly jumps to a pleasantly astringent tea flavor, washing clean the fruit flavors and presenting a mouth-drying yet soft white tea character. Finishing off this barrel concoction is a moderate level of Brettanomyces funk, masquerading in an almost tea like fruity/earthy profile.
