Description: We named this beer Velvet Twilight because it isn't your ordinary Milk Stout; coming in at almost double the ABV of your average Milk Stout, there is a massive amount of body that creates a mouthfeel like velvet, and if you drink a four-pack by yourself you will undoubtedly go night night. Makes sense now, right? To make Velvet Twilight stand apart from its sister-beer Night Maker, we opted to forego almost all roasted barley, instead using multiple varieties of chocolate malt to create a complex malt profile that is thick and rich with notes of dark chocolate, dutch cocoa, coffee chaff, Hershey's kisses, dark roast gas station mocha, fire-roasted dates, and Old England Toffees.
