Description: Once a year we have fun brewing with some Belgian yeast, and this year our brewers came up with a delicious dark rye saison. We then aged it in Elijah-Craig 12-yr barrels, and the result is fantastic; hints of licorice and oak character, with the rye spice coming through in abundance. While delicious right away, we feel that this one will hold and age exceptionally well.
