Very complex flavor: some cider flavor (without being too sweet), surrounded by stronger flavors of rye, oak, and other to-be-identified flavors. Reminded me of wine (the oak?), brandy or "rounded" whiskey (the rye?) and beer (light, "airy-bitter" aftertaste).
