Description: Collaborative blend produced to celebrate the 9th Anniversary of The Full Pint. For this unique blend, we dug deep into our cellar and found a handful of special barrels. This blended wild ale has malty rich notes of milk chocolate, caramel, rolled dates and exhibits spicy aromas of cinnamon, clove and vanilla. Our inoculum adds an earthy funk, quenching acidity and complex flavor. The result is a remarkable blend of rustic flavors and textures: barrel-derived tannins, woody, nutty (toasted almonds), tobacco and spice.
