Description: Shuck Yeah!! Oyster Stout with Hot Chili Sauce 13.3% When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. When life gives you oysters, you make oyster stout. We took a wonderful trip to @hogislandoysterco to fetch the freshest mollusks this side of the Mississippi. This bounty of shells went into a single keg of base stout and sat there for a couple of months. As the shells slowly break down into calcium carbonate, it softens the stout while leaving residual salinity. Top that off with some sriracha chili sauce and BOOM! If you’re looking for an adventurous beverage, this is the one. Aromas of ocean side waves crashing, chili kick, and a not so gentle reminder to stay weird!
