Description: It lets us know when it’s ready! We’re proud to be able to release Strange Synchronicity- Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout. We tucked this stout away for 14 months, tasting it throughout until it had ideal barrel character for a non adjunt stout. Nothing was added to this stout, and all flavors are purely from the beer & barrel. It exhibits deeply layered and complex notes of cinnamon toast, nutmeg, wood spice, vanilla & toffee. It’s a top notch sipper for sure!
