Description: Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout. We tucked this stout away for 14 months, tasting it throughout until it had the ideal barrel character for a non adjunt stout. Nothing was added to this stout, and all flavors are purely from the beer & barrel. It exhibits deeply layered and complex notes of cinnamon toast, nutmeg, wood spice, vanilla & toffee. It’s a top notch sipper for sure! We took the same delicious base beer and simply added Vanilla beans from Congo, Papua New Guniea, Madagascar, and Uganda. The softened texture highlights the notes of a marshmallow-like character for a well balanced mouth feel.
