Description: The 2017 harvest blend was made from Cabernet Franc grapes from Red Willow Vineyard in Washington and processed in house at Floodland. The Cab Franc was processed in a method inspired by the rosés of the Loire, re/fermented with native yeast and no additions using a blend of aged mixed culture beer and aged hoppy spelt saison. This beer was made in collaboration with Kobayashi Wines. The beer has notes of dried flowers, earthen cellar, cherry, strawberry, and vanilla.
