Description: Ale fermented in oak Native refermentation of grapes from Red Willow Vineyards Yakima Valley, Washington This 2019 harvest beer was made through a native fermentation of Riesling grapes from vines planted in 1982 at Red Willow Vineyards at the Eastern Foothills of the Cascade Mountains. The grapes were destemmed and crushed and allowed to referment with skin contact for quite some time with a blend of 18 months old spelt beer inoculated in a coolship and barrel fermented and aged saison. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw Washington honey.
