Description: Ale Fermented in Oak Seekers After Light is a blend of saison fermented and aged in oak and refermented on grape pomace and organic apricots. The 2022-2023 harvest blend was created from a selection of oak fermented and aged saison which was aged on 2022 harvest Chardonnay pomace from French Creek Vineyard. After resting on the grapes over Winter and Spring the beer was refermented on organic "Rival" apricots from RAMA Farm and organic "Robada" apricots from Collins Family Orchards. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle. Bottled 10/05/2023
