Description: Ale Fermented in Oak Time / Eternity is a blend of mixed culture beer fermented and aged in oak and refermented on plums. The 2019 harvest blend was created from a blend of beers fermented with our wild culture in barrels that had previously been used to age Captive Spirits bourbon barrel aged 'Big Gin.' These gin barrels were blended with mature wheat saison and then refermented on organic 'Shiro' and 'Howard's Miracle' plums grown in Okanogan, Washington by JC and Amber Kauffman. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw Washington wildflower honey. Bottled 11/12/2019
