Aged in fresh wine barrels with a blend of our and Almanac’s mixed cultures. Notes of delicate smarties, almondy cherry pits, medium well toast, homemade pear butter mature attic spaces, a classic red wine barrel, and drying herbs. We encourage you to let in the light.
