Description: This beautiful saison was brewed with pale and wheat malts from our good friends @deercreekmalthouse with a touch of attic aged hops and Styrian Fox and Hersbrucker in the whirlpool. Towards the end of fermentation with our foraged yeast we added a hefty dose of our very own Forest & Main honey. The delightful natural carbonation comes entirely from a second dose of honey added before canning.
