The February beer is Mountain Daisy IPA. We brew this beer with an eye towards the return of the flowers to the mountains as the snow begins to melt and the eternal power of Spring flexes her muscles. “Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you are a mile away from them, and you have their shoes.” – Jack Handy Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale and Vienna malts with Rolled Oats and Columbus, Simcoe, Centennial, and Citra hops.
