Description: Blanche means white in French and this is also how we call our wheat beers. We like them very pale, cloudy, with round citrus flavours. We use a traditional blend of spices including Bergamot bark, Coriander seeds and Mandarin peel along with 2 different yeast strains (Hefeweizen and Witbier) for an exceptional mixed fermentation. The result is the vibrant marriage of banana and clove flavours from one yeast and the round citrus flavours from both, spices and 2nd yeast.
