Description: For this blend we chose Cognac barrels and Bourbon barrels. We chose these barrels to add even more decadence to the decandence of the base beer and let the barrel-aged characteristics of both barrels speak in a layered way. This resulted in a full and complex beer with quite a bit of structure wich we think is the sweetspot.
